CLWRota provides anaesthetics departments with the ability to plan, adapt and report on anaesthetic activity, and provides powerful web-based tools for inter- and extra-departmental communication and coordination. CLWRota is currently used by over 40 UK NHS trusts.
We have updated the events page of our website following the 15 March 2012 Training and Management Day held at the Wellcome Collection in Central London. At the event we released the latest cross-department benchmarking results. For more information please go to the events and news pages.
Planning CLWRota provides job-plan based rotas together with support for flexible staff or a combination thereof. CLWRota comfortably accommodates flexible working patterns and annualised contracts.
Management The CLWRota web service provides clinical staff, managers and administrators with the means to collaborate to securely create up-to-date, accurate weekly rotas, supported by email and text messaging alerts and mobile applications to notify staff of changes.
Reporting The service also equips departments with accurate and easily accessible data on how the department is performing, including monitoring the number of sessions achieved, number of extra sessions used, and detailed leave reports. Our reports on trainee supervision rates and module specific activity allow college tutors to keep track of the trainee workload.
CLWRota provides activity reports and benchmarking studies to help departments meet their productivity goals.
